At JLoev Consulting, it is our mission to help you thrive throughout the career management process.  We break down the process into bite size pieces so that you see your progress each step of the way. We incorporate the following phases  of the career management process into our work to help you get the right job for you.

Phase 1: Self Exploration
Phase 2: Company and Network Activation

During the initial phase of the career management process, we focus on understanding your strengths, abilities and interests. We begin to explore different career options, researching paths and positions that match your immediate and long term goals.

We work together to prioritize job requirements, begin developing a target list of companies for outreach, and engage your network to learn about companies and positions of interest. You begin conducting informational interviews and we craft a Career Action Plan to track our progress.

Phase 3: Professional Branding
Phase 4: Ongoing Support

We equip you to make every impression count both in person and on paper/online, through practicing elevator pitches, career stories, interviews, and updating your resume, cover letter, and social media profiles.

We work together to continue implementing your Career Action Plan and ensure you are maximizing your network to get a job that's a great fit with your goals and you're a great fit with their culture. Once you've secured an offer, we help you negotiate to secure a salary commensurate with your experience. We round out our coaching relationship preparing you to tackle first days and weeks of your new job and set a foundation for long term success.

The career management process outlined above is fluid as we determine what works best for you. Throughout the process, you will be supported, motivated, and held accountable for taking each step to achieve your goal of securing a position aligned with your skillset, interests, and goals.
